Membership is open to anyone who is interested in improving their communication and leadership skills. Joining Horizon Toastmasters Club is easy. Simply attend a meeting and complete the membership application. A membership application is available under the "Public Downloads" section.
There is a one-time new member fee of $20 to cover costs of the New Member Kit and processing. Toastmaster International and Horizon Club Dues of $45 are collected semi-annually in March and September. Initial dues are pro-rated based on the month joined.
